1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email from DADU Tours Ltd.

1.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through Flutterwave, which supports various payment methods including mobile money, cards, and bank transfers.

1.3 Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 By Customer:

• More than 30 days before tour: Full refund minus processing fees
• 15-30 days before tour: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before tour: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

2.2 By DADU Tours: In the rare event we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Tour Participation

3.1 Health and Fitness: Participants must ensure they are physically fit for the activities involved in their chosen tour.

3.2 Travel Documents: Participants are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required permits.

3.3 Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service or remove from a tour anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: DADU Tours Ltd acts only as an agent for various independent suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur.

4.3 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or pandemic-related restrictions.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives.

6. Photography and Marketing

By participating in our tours, you grant DADU Tours Ltd permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

7. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints should be reported immediately to your tour guide or our office. Disputes will be resolved according to Rwandan law.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with DADU Tours Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
